SPC flooring supply for HDB and condo renovation contractors

Prices are ~S$1.55 per sqft (5 mm), ~S$1.90 (6 mm) and ~$1.60 /sqf · Promotional price (6.5 mm acoustic), sold by the box with delivery at cost. Approved installers lay it at S$0.50 to S$0.60 per sqft. We do not sell direct to clients you introduce.
Which build for which job
- 5 mm: bedrooms, study rooms and BTO units with low to medium traffic.
- 6 mm: living and dining areas, and laying over existing HDB tiles.
- 6.5 mm acoustic: condos and upper floors where neighbours below matter; it has a bonded 2 mm IXPE layer.
Ordering by the box
All planks are 1220 × 180 mm. A 5 mm box holds 10 planks (2.20 m²); a 6 mm or 6.5 mm box holds 8 planks (1.76 m²). Allow for wastage on cuts. Contact us for order quantities and lead time on your job.
Installers and trims
Independent vetted installers charge S$0.60 per sqft under 1,000 sqft and S$0.50 per sqft at 1,000 sqft and above. End moulding, reducer and T-moulding are S$5 per 2.4 m strip; skirting is quoted per job. IXPE underlay for 5 mm and 6 mm is S$15 to S$85 per roll (about 322 sqft).
HDB and condo rules
HDB and condo MCSTs set their own renovation hours and may have rules on floor finishes and noise. Check the current HDB renovation guidelines and the condo by-laws before work starts. See Singapore flooring regulations.
