How much does vinyl flooring cost for my home?

The flooring supply price depends on your chosen thickness, finish and quantity. Compare current flooring supply prices and send your floor plan for a project quotation. Installation, existing-floor removal, skirting and floor preparation may be separate costs agreed with your independent installer.

Which lines are fixed and which can change?

Planks, underlay, labour, trims and skirting boards are fixed at our published prices. Skirting fitting, removal and levelling are quoted by your installer, and only if your floor needs them.

Can SPC go over my existing tiles?

Often, yes, when the tiles are sound and level. That skips hacking and disposal. HDB's renovation guidelines list vinyl flooring as work that needs no permit, while hacking tiles does need one. Check HDB's current guidelines before you start.

Who installs the floor?

Independent approved installers. We introduce them, and they agree scope, timing and contract with you in writing. You can also use your own installer.

How do I get a written quote?

Price your floor, then send it on WhatsApp. The message carries your choices and a reference number, so we reply with a written quote for the same lines.
