Core	100% virgin-grade plastic with limestone, made from new plastic pellets rather than recycled material. All three builds.
Thickness	5.0 mm, 6.0 mm and 6.5 mm
Plank size	1220 × 180 mm, all builds
Per box	5 mm: 10 planks, 2.20 m² (23.63 sqft). 6 mm and 6.5 mm: 8 planks, 1.76 m² (18.9 sqft).
Wear layer	0.3 mm clear wear layer with UV coating, all builds
Best for	5 mm: homes, BTOs and commercial spaces with low to moderate footfall. 6 mm: sustained high-traffic commercial use, or laying over existing tiles. 6.5 mm: homes with kids or pets, condos, BTOs and upper-floor bedrooms.
Estimated lifespan	15 to 20 years in homes, with proper installation and care.
Installation	Click-lock. No wet trades and no curing time.
Surface	Scratch and stain resistant, low maintenance.
Acoustic	6.5 mm is a 4.5 mm rigid core with a bonded 2 mm IXPE foam layer. 5 mm and 6 mm have no foam and can take separate underlay.
Certification	6.5 mm: SGS and CE certified
Testing	Independently tested by SGS: abrasion, castor chair (25,000 cycles), slip resistance, dimensional stability, residual indentation and strength; VCM, heavy metals and VOCs. Formaldehyde: not detected in independent air-emission chamber testing (ISO 16000). Full reports on request.
