The flooring costs that often get left off a quote
Updated October 2026 · Enoch Surfaces, SingaporeA flooring quote that only shows a price per square foot for planks and laying can leave out skirting, trims, removal of the old floor, levelling, delivery and GST. Ask for each line in writing before you sign, so two quotes cover the same work.
The lines to look for

Why the total can change after you sign
