Why it matters

Handover is the moment to record the installed condition. Clear photos and notes make future support easier if an issue appears.

Check the visible finish first

Walk the room slowly after handover. Look at joints, edges, transitions, skirting, door swing and visible surface marks before heavy furniture is moved back.

Photograph the finished room.

Check door clearance before daily use.

Look at transitions between rooms.

Aftercare starts immediately

The first weeks matter because furniture returns, cleaning begins and the room starts normal use. Simple care habits reduce avoidable wear.

Use furniture pads and entrance mats.

Avoid soaking the floor during cleaning.

Report movement, sound or lifting with photos and room details.
