Quotations and scope

Quotations from Enoch Flooring are based on the information available at the time of measurement and may be revised if site conditions, layout, product selection, or installation scope change. This applies to HDB, BTO, condo, and commercial flooring projects across Singapore.

Scheduling

Installation dates depend on material availability, site readiness, access rules, and applicable building or HDB renovation requirements. Enoch Flooring will coordinate scheduling in good faith, but dates may move if the site is not ready or if management clearance is still pending.

Payments and warranty

Payment terms, deposit requirements, and product-specific warranty coverage will be stated in the accepted quotation or invoice. Warranty protection applies only to the scope, product, and usage conditions stated by Enoch Flooring for the confirmed installation.

Site conditions and variation

If levelling, demolition, moisture treatment, furniture shifting, or access restrictions materially affect the job, Enoch Flooring may revise the scope or quote before proceeding. This protects both parties from misunderstanding when actual site conditions differ from the initial assumption.

Updates to these terms

Enoch Flooring may update these terms when service procedures, supplier terms, or project requirements change. The latest version published on this page will apply to new quotations and newly confirmed projects unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
