Share a video only if you already have one.

A short phone video is enough. Send the video link or file, what it shows, your preferred public label, and what private details should be hidden. Only customer-approved video can become public proof.

A short customer-approved phone video is enough. Enoch will review source, permission, privacy and SPC layout before public use.

Send what you already have. Enoch checks source, permission and private details before anything becomes public.
Add two useful details before sending.

What the video shows

Finished floor, installation stage, close detail, or handover feedback can all be useful when the video belongs to the real customer source.

What to include

Property type, product or finish, customer-owned spoken words or approved short summary, and whether the video may be published.

What to hide

Names, faces, unit numbers, addresses, phone numbers, prices, and private documents should be hidden before public use.

Before public use

Enoch checks source, permission and privacy first.

Do not send AI-generated videos, staff-recorded praise, edited clips without approval, price details, phone numbers or addresses. If Enoch SPC is visible, apply this rule: Enoch SPC must be planned and installed as straight plank or standard staggered flooring only. Herringbone/fishbone, chevron, 人字拼, 鱼骨拼 and other angled click-lock layouts must not be planned, quoted or installed for Enoch SPC. Herringbone/fishbone and chevron layouts need boards designed for angled cuts, compatible click profiles and a layout plan that protects the joint. 人字拼 and 鱼骨拼 are outside Enoch SPC planning. Using a normal click-lock SPC board that way can create avoidable joint stress, gaps or lock damage.
