Product document request

Request the right product documents.

Send the SKU, sample photo, product family and project use. Enoch checks the matching product sheet, technical sheet, warranty and care terms, file version and project-use fit before sending documents.

Real SPC flooring boards used to match product documents
Product first

Start from the actual product, not a certificate badge.

A useful file should match the selected board, product family, market requirement and intended use. If the file is old, generic or for another product, it should not be used as proof.

1. Match the product

SKU, sample photo, thickness, wear layer or product family.

2. Check the file version

Product sheet, technical sheet, warranty/care terms and version/date.

3. Confirm project use

Home review, contractor review, project submission or distributor review.

SPC product document pack

Ask for the SPC document pack first.

A catalogue PDF is not the same as a matched product document pack. For SPC flooring, the useful file set should connect the selected SKU or family, product sheet, technical sheet, warranty and care terms, version/date and project use.

Send these facts
SPC SKU or sample photo
Thickness and wear layer if known
Room use: HDB, condo, commercial or sample review
Target market or project submission requirement
Quote or sample timing

Product sheet

Connects the SPC SKU or product family to size, finish details, thickness, wear layer and carton coverage.

Technical sheet

Shows measurable product details so the board can be checked against the room use and buyer requirement.

Warranty and care terms

Explains what the buyer should follow after installation, including care method, usage condition and exclusions.

Version and project use

Confirms the file version or date and whether the document fits the project review or submission pack.

Enoch should send documents that match the selected SPC product. Unmatched catalogue pages, old files, badge images or files for a different market should not be treated as product proof.

Check whether the documents match the product you are reviewing.

Useful files should match the selected SKU or product family, intended use, target country and buyer review requirement. Use current files with version/date details that match the selected product, market and review requirement.

Product sheet

Confirms the selected product name, SKU or family, dimensions, finish details and product range before review.

Technical sheet

Shows the measurable product details that help a buyer, designer or contractor check the product against the project requirement.

Warranty and care terms

Explains the product-specific coverage and care conditions that must match the written quote and actual use.

Version/date

Helps confirm that the buyer is reviewing the current file, not an old catalogue image or outdated attachment.

Project-use confirmation

Confirms whether the file is suitable for the buyer's project review, contractor check or submission pack.

Use this when you need product sheets, technical sheets, warranty or care terms for a selected SKU or product family. Enoch checks product, market, version and project use before sending files.

Send what you already have. Enoch checks source, permission and private details before anything becomes public.
3 useful details added.

What to include in your request

SKU or sample photo
SPC document pack
Product sheet
Technical sheet
Warranty and care terms
Document version/date
Project-use confirmation
Target market or country
Project use or buyer role
Product and factory documents can support buyer review, but the correct file set still depends on product, destination market and buyer requirement. We do not send unrelated or generic files as proof. Use current files with version/date details that match the selected product, market and review requirement.

SPC installation rule

SPC proof must match the Enoch installation method.

Enoch SPC must be planned and installed as straight plank or standard staggered flooring only. Herringbone/fishbone, chevron, 人字拼, 鱼骨拼 and other angled click-lock layouts must not be planned, quoted or installed for Enoch SPC.

Herringbone/fishbone and chevron layouts need boards designed for angled cuts, compatible click profiles and a layout plan that protects the joint. 人字拼 and 鱼骨拼 are outside Enoch SPC planning. Using a normal click-lock SPC board that way can create avoidable joint stress, gaps or lock damage.

Because of this, herringbone/fishbone, chevron, 人字拼 or 鱼骨拼 images, layouts or documents are not accepted as Enoch SPC proof.

Files that do not help

A useful document should match the actual product and market. Enoch will not treat unmatched pictures, badges or private files as product proof.

Poster, catalogue graphic, price graphic, promotion graphic or social media layout
Certificate badge, warranty note or performance claim without the actual file
File for a different SKU, product family, thickness, wear layer or market
For Enoch SPC, use straight plank or standard staggered installation only. Herringbone/fishbone, chevron, 人字拼 or 鱼骨拼 material cannot be used as Enoch SPC proof.

Product document FAQ

What should I send before requesting product documents?

Send the SKU or sample photo, product family, target market, buyer role, project use, required standard and submission deadline.

Will every project need the same document set?

No. The useful documents depend on product type, market requirement and whether the request is for home use, contractor review, wholesale or commercial approval.

Can I request a product sheet or technical sheet?

Yes. Enoch can match available product sheets, technical sheets, warranty and care terms, and version details to the selected product or product family.

What should I ask for first if I am choosing SPC flooring?

Ask for the SPC product document pack first: product sheet, technical sheet, warranty and care terms, document version or date, and confirmation that the file matches the selected SKU or product family.

Does a warranty document mean every project has the same coverage?

No. Warranty and care terms must match the selected product, written quote, site condition, installation scope and usage condition.

Why not send every document at once?

A large generic folder creates confusion. A matched document set is easier for buyers, contractors and project teams to review.
